The RUPF Industries Group is an internationally recognised, family-run group of companies whose origins date back to 1859.
Whether in tractors, trains, trucks, or industrial applications—wherever machines produce oscillations, noise, and vibrations — our products are designed to effectively mitigate them. We provide comprehensive solutions from a single source, covering everything from materials science, engineering, and FEM analysis of static and dynamic characteristics, to testing and inhouse production.
We offer a broad spectrum of manufacturing capabilities, including mechanical processing (turning, milling, grinding), punching and welding technology, plastic injection molding, as well as toolmaking and assembly systems, providing customers with single-source added value in assembly production. Our modern production facilities ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products.
We specialize in highly complex diecasting solutions using aluminum and zinc to produce precise and intricate components. Our value chain includes integrated CNC machining, assembly, and leak testing. Customers benefit from our extensive engineering expertise in mold design, sprue calculation, and filling simulation.
As a manufacturer of hydraulic systems, we provide our customers with solutions for industrial applications in energy and power plant technology, the basic materials industry (including cement works and coal mills), steelworks and foundry technology, as well as hydraulic steel construction. Additionally, we supply test benches and specialized machines for the automotive industry.
We manufacture tool grinding machines for the production of precision tools and develop specialized components such as gearbox housings, spindles, and machine slides for customers in the mechanical engineering sector. Our machines are renowned for their exceptional precision, performance, and durability.
Our consolidated revenue of approximately 100 million euros last year reflects our strong market position. With a clear vision and a strong customer focus, we have successfully expanded our business.
Our company operates seven locations in Germany, enabling us to serve our customers efficiently and flexibly. We also have branches and offices in Poland, the USA, Sweden, and Hungary, with operations currently being established in India.
With a dedicated team of approximately 650 highly skilled professionals, we are able to provide superb support to our customers.
Due to its broad industry diversification, the group has a balanced risk/opportunity profile and can therefore offset economic fluctuations.
‘The strength of our family business lies in the combination of tradition and innovation. Through our joint commitment as siblings, we create a unique corporate culture, stability and flexibility.
In a world of constant change, it is this special connection that makes RUPF Industries successful.’
